What we collect
Name, delivery and billing address, email and order history. We don't process payment details ourselves — those run through our payment provider.
Why and on what basis
To fulfil your order (performance of the contract), to send the newsletter if you sign up (consent), and to meet legal obligations.
Who we work with
Shopify (store platform), our payment provider and the carrier. We have a data processing agreement with each.
How long we keep it
No longer than necessary. For accounting we follow the statutory retention period of 7 years.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and object. Email [email]. You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
